Return Policy

All our items are made with utmost care and love but if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to issue a refund. You may return the item (at your own shipping cost) in its original condition and with its original package within 14 days of the purchase. Once we receive the item, we will issue the full refund (minus our shipping charges). We’d appreciate if you could provide tracking confirmation and delivery confirmation. The refunds will be made the same way as the payment method; our shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Though we try and ensure that our creations are absolutely durable, we understand that strings may break. In that case, we will be happy to restring any item for you within 30 days of the purchase at no cost. You’ll just have to send the item to us at your own shipping cost.

Shipping Info

All ready-made items are shipped within 2-3 business days. We use USPS First Class Mail -which includes delivery confirmation- for all items shipped to US addresses. You may request for express mail services which can be provided at an extra cost. Please ensure that the correct mailing address is provided at the time of checkout so we can get your purchase to you or your loved ones on time!
